Before you apply
Will ReplyNest access my orders or payment data?
No. The current pilot provides answers from merchant-approved public rules only. There is no live order lookup, payment handling, refund processing or platform API connection.
Does this work on Shopify or WooCommerce?
The trial supplies an iframe. A site owner must verify that their theme, content editor and platform permit this embed. We do not yet provide a native Shopify or WooCommerce app.
Do you automatically charge me after 14 days?
No. We do not request a payment card and cannot automatically move this pilot onto a paid subscription.
How are messages handled?
Questions sent to the pilot chat are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. Do not use real customer personal data or order information. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
